THerapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage is meant to offer health benefits, where the therapist and client have a shared goal of achieving structural and observable changes in the body, mind, and spirit. Below you will find information to help you choose the style of therapeutic massage that best suits you.

 

Table Fusion

A full-body treatment, that includes deep muscle and tissue manipulation, with Thai-style stretches for a visceral response. Calming, systemic sensations allow your body to sink peacefully into the work. Natural oils and lotions will be used to perform the following modalities throughout the session: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, & Thai Table massage. 

Techniques:

  • Long, consistent gliding motions for relaxation

  • Fluid kneading and lifting to separate tissues

  • Deep compression massage using hands, elbows, and knees

  • Passive stretching techniques similar to yoga

Thai Massage

An ancient, full-body modality used as a natural remedy, Thai massage focuses on opening stuck energy channels within the body that cause pain and lowered immunity. Practiced traditionally on a floor mat, while dressed in comfortable yoga-like attire, you will experience a deep meditative state of mind, while allowing the therapist to move, stretch, twist, compress, and bring harmony to your entire being.

Techniques:

  • Deep compressions performed with hands, elbows, knees, feet

  • Joint mobility, such as repetitive rotational movements

  • Passive stretching techniques similar to yoga

  • Deep, meditative breath work

Treatment Preparations + Considerations

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

  • Cleanse your skin before and after the session.

  • Drink plenty of water and tea following your treatment.

  • Cancellations/Reschedules must be 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the session in FULL.

  • Maintain professional client-therapist relationship boundaries.

  • Provide client with intentional healing practices that will enhance their internal and external environments.

  • Practice safe and educated applications of muscle/tissue manipulation and proper draping.

  • Provide client with informative preparatory and post-treatment information for optimized wellness maintenance.

Session Pricing

  • 60 minutes - $90 (tip + 5% donation included)

  • 90 minutes. - $120 (tip + 5% donation included)

  • 120 minutes. - $150 (tip + 5% donation included)
